Conor McGregor has stated that he thinks the Robert Byrd the referee should not have stopped the game when he did during his fight against Floyd Mayweather.
Conor McGregor, 29, was defeated when he stepped into the ring as a professional boxer against Mayweather to take his boxing record to 50 unbeaten fight.
McGregor who revealed that he will be returning to the UFC did not revealed his future boxing plans. “I will return o the UFC.”
He revealed that he was just a little bit tired during the fight. “I was very tired and I could gotten back my stride.”
“The referee should have the game going keep going, let him knock out. “Why stop the last two rounds? Let him knock me and put me out. “I figured i was close and he was so wrong to stop the game early.”
He stated that he should have had the chance to find his wind
“I have had issues with 12-round fatigue,” he said. “when I was spared against boxers, I usually get going all the and rounding up all the rounds.
Mayweather Deserves More Respect
He also had some words for Mayweather who he said deserves more respect from fans.
He actually changed his game plan a total of three times which made it hard for me to keep up.
